Just right for the job. I feed my dogs frozen dog food that arrives monthly. It fills my standard freezer, and then what do I do with my own frozen food. This little freezer is perfect. It holds a months worth of dog food, freeing my refrigerator freezer for my frozen food. It’s cute. It’s silent in operation. It’s well enough insulated to use very little energy. And my frozen items are reliably frozen. So far, no frost.

I am very happy with my mini freezer. It is the perfect size for my Independent Living apartment. It brings back old memories from the 70's when I had a mini refrigerator with tiny freezer section in my college dorm room. Everything has stayed frozen and in 4 months i have never needed to defrost it!

Like several Amazon purchasers of compact freezers, I bought this freezer because I converted over to feeding my dogs fresh-frozen dog food and did not have enough space in my kitchen refrigerator's top freezer to accommodate 28 packages of frozen dog food arriving every two weeks. The LHRiver mini-freezer is located in my office. It runs only intermittently. It just came on as I am writing this review. It is so quiet it would not disturb me if it were located in my bedroom. I would describe the compressor noise as "quiet purring". Moreover, it does a wonderful job of maintaining my dog food at minus 7 degrees fahrenheit, and I haven't even set the thermostat at its lowest setting. Before I could finish typing this paragraph, the compressor went back off. I could not be more pleased with it.

This freezer is perfect for our needs and it works great with great craftsmanship! The storage is exactly what we needed and it looks well made as well as the finish of it as well. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been using this every day for over 6 months now and it works well. Keeps the food frozen solid, doesn’t leak, isn’t loud, doesn’t take up too much room, all in all it’s pretty darn good. Only thing I’ve noticed is it gets super frosty inside pretty quickly so defrosting every few months is necessary. Not sure if that’s normal or not but it does the job well so I’m happy with it.

I like this a lot and have been enjoying the convenience of it. The only thing I don't care for is the handle.

I was looking for a small freezer to keep ice cream in. My main freezer is too cold and ice cream gets hard as a rock. This one is small but big enough for my needs, looks very neat and has an adjustable temperature. Customer service was very responsive to answer my questions.

Just what we wanted. Don’t use the front handle to open door, use the pulls on top of door. The handle is sort of more for decoration.
