Used sleeves before. Put the strap on the outer thigh so no rub. It does fit very well, stabilizes the entire leg and relieves pain, which it works, but the Velcro slips with movement ( ie) getting up and down. The Velcro will ruin the sleeve material. It may ruin sweat pants if cotton or rayon - So aware what you are wearing. The Velcro gets caught easily. I suggest try with material that won’t catch the Velcro. Wish I went with McDavid- will order McDavid when these are finished - anticipating in 2 weeks. Updated- I received a replacement. The Velcro still can get caught but I think the company has great intentions to give good service behind their product.
