This mincer is perfect for my use at home for making sausages. Although there is no financial gain, I also make my own mince - far better than the packet stuff and assured not to be half grissle and horse meat. The mincer is excellent quality of solid constructon - almost commercial standard - something I feel will last for years. Really good quality and so much quieter than the one I had and threw out recently. Easy to clean. I really can't fault it.
