My first 3D printer. Works great! Initially I had an issue with the scraper/spatula that came with it, the scaper was bent in on one corner which immediately damaged the building plate when I was removing the first test print. I reached out to Phrozen regarding the issue. They were very responsive, and addressed my issue after having me submit pictures and verify my purchase. I'm satisifed with their product as well as their customer service. I'll definitely be buying additional 3D printers from Phrozen in the future.

This little printer is a workhorse and very reliable.

Llega a tiempo producto igual a la imagen

Muy buena calidad!! ACTUALIZACIÓN: La califiqué como de buena calidad en lo que era la construcción de la máquina, buenos materiales, etc. Mi sorpresa hoy (primer día que pongo a imprimir) fue que ya varias veces la pantalla táctil se ha quedado "muerta", tengo que apagarla y volver a encender para poder seguir usándola. Otro problema es que no tiene suficiente potencia la luz UV o la pantalla tiene algún defecto que no fotocura bien, yo calibro las resinas (utilizo casteable) imprimiendo un cubo de 8x8x8mm. Empecé por 4s por capa y me dió una medida de 7,90mm, 2do intento con 5,5 segundos por capa y me dió 7,91mm. 3er intento 7s por capa y me dió 7,92mm, 4to intento 9s por capa y me dió 7,94mm. Eso no es para nada normal, ya he tenido varias impresoras de resina (usaba la Anycubic Photon Mono desde 2021) y para la resina casteable que usó solo requería 5s para llegar a los 8mm de medida del cubo. Me extraña que esta impresora Mini 8ks estando nueva y siendo más moderna que mi antigua Anycubic, imprima más lento y tras de eso con 9s todavía no llegué a la medida de los 8mm. Desarmé la impresora y los LED UV están bien, no hay ninguno quemado, Sospecho que la pantalla viene con algún defecto que no deja pasar bien la luz UV. Lástima porque la impresora está bien construida en cuánto a materiales duraderos pero lo que debería hacer bien (fotocurar) no lo está haciendo bien. Intenté solucionar instalando el último Firmware de enero de 2025 e igual sigue con el problema. ACTUALIZACIÓN: Calibré a 13 segundos por capa y la medida dió 7.96mm...eso no es normal. Hasta la gente del Servicio al Cliente de Phrozen dicen que entre 8 y 10s está bien para mi resina pero ni con 13s llega a la medida. Una completa decepción con esta máquina. Voy a subir un video donde se muestra como la máquina deja de imprimir y la pantalla deja de responder. La única solución es quitar la USB y ya responde (me ha pasado con todas las USB que he probado). No la recomiendo para nada! Espero me puedan dar un reembolso porque barata no es ésta máquina y en mi laboratorio estoy urgido por otra máquina porque me es indispensable.
