The motor is quiet with no vibration noted and should have sufficient power for small projects. The speed control works as intended and will provide a sufficient range of speeds for my usage. The chuck seems very accurate and no runout was evident. I like the cogged belt that will obviate any slipping. I can’t speak to longevity at this point but as it is not build for heavy duty jobs I expect it will be fine. I like the fact that the drive belt is covered unlike a similar machine. The base is quite robust and dead flat. All the tools needed for adjustment are included although a better instruction manual would be a plus. Well done. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome little drill press *by G***H on February 17, 2024* This drill press seemed bigger from the pictures but the small size is good news for me. It is nice an tiny so it will fit on my work bench at my job. I need this to drill the holes on my prototype PCB that we use on some of our products. This drill press is very well built. All metal design and it is not top heavy. You can adjust the travel so if you're going through a thin printed circuit board you won't have to move the arm down much. This little thing is awesome. I like this design with the motor mounted up instead of underneath because I was worried what I am drilling would get into the motor.
