Are assembly Tools included?

I haven't opened this one yet, but I have yet to buy even the cheapest model that didn't come with at least a couple of tools.

Where would one get the hexagon base pictures above?

I ordered it from Amazon but be prepared, it comes from China so it will take a couple of weeks to arrive.
