I will confirm that this DOES work (both BT and WiFi) with Mint Cinnamon 22 and 23 versions -- it is recognized immediately and does not require any driver installation (plug and play) to function properly. A cheap alternative for a failing or inoperative internal wifi/BT module -- not necessarily the fastest but at least it works well and steady connectivity.
