This is a really strong pill case! It's very deep, so you can get a LOT in it. The It does indeed detach easily from the base, so refills are easier. Something that is both a pro and a con: it's pretty difficult to open the individual cases. If you want to keep your pills away from tiny, question hands, this is a good thing. If you've got arthritis, it's going to be difficult to open. I've tried pill cases with multi-color schemes, and they just didn't work for me. I love the plain black-and-white. Don't let the low price fool you - it's very high quality!

It's hard to believe you get a solid built,A.M-P.M pill organizer,that's sturdy,has good sized initials for each day of the week,clear lids for day time,and baby blue lids for night time slots. The lids for each day are hinged,and have a tab to pull up pill flaps,I am going through some heavy medical care,and could never remember if I took my meds,and there the ones you can't eat twice if you forget,point being,each days compartment will hold 35 round Advil pills,to give you an idea of how big each slot is, unless your taking more than 35 pills at a time,this is more than adequate. That doesn't mean the container is overly sized,but it will come in handy for anyone who's on several daily meds. Last point,this same pill organizer,that's equally well built with dual day/night slots is almost 30.00 bucks at the drug store,I am comparing this one to the best one at the rx store,and this one is ten times better than their best one,and this was like 4.16. after tax. Regardless it is a very good product,quality material and Made in the U.S.A.

Great value AM/PM pill organizer / case. It works and is cheap. For a few bucks, you don't have to worry about whether or not you took your pills that morning or evening, nor spend wasted time sorting them out once a day, when once a week is so much more efficient. The storage capacity is enough for 4-6 capsules per each. The compartment lids take bit of effort to open in the beginning, but after a little while, they get easier. The big thing is that they do not open up accidentally (unless you drop the organizer). This is our second one, and the first lasted a couple years at least. It's not the higher quality, but for the price, it's a pretty good trade off, especially considering this one has both AM and PM compartments. Again, because it is designed to be a value pill is value, the individual lids do not always stay open nicely. The compartment lids go wherever the material memory places them. it makes it harder to load. The lettering is easy to see For the value, it's not perfect, but it's a lot of bang for the buck. It always hard to say whether the star system is about value or overall quality, but I usually place it in the middle. This is a 5/5 for value and about a 3.5-4 for absolute quality.

These pill containers are clearly marked with the days of the week and AM/PM. Additionally, they are nicely color coded with clear for morning and blue for evening. On the negative side, they are extremely hard to open, so much so that a person with diminished hand strength would have to use a tool to pop the lids open. This, of course, could be viewed as a positive, as no child could ever access the contents. Also, one lid snapped off the first time I opened it. so "Tuesday AM" no longer has a lid. Obviously, I'm dissatisfied with this product, but I hope others have a better experience.

Just took trip involving packing & flying. This pill organizer was perfect size, smaller in length than my former one, but deep so holds more meds, vitamins, or supplements. Snaps tight upon closing. Very pleased with purchase.

I love this pill organizer I bought for my mom. It makes it easy for her to get her pills in the morning and easy for them to be done for the week for her. It’s easy to throw in a bag and even when dropped the pills have never spilt.

Go this for my mom as she sucks at taking her vitamins and hates getting them out one by one. This works great. Quality is pretty good, feels pretty sturdy, not like anything would break or snap off. If you're going on a trip, this is definitely a good buy as you can get a week (or twos) supply, and pack it pretty easily. The lids are a little hard to pop open as the notches are kinda short, but not a major issue. For 5 bucks I was super happy with it. Compartments are a little slim when trying to remove pills, but again not an issue.
