Are "foils" the normal pouches?** A: I purchased this for a friend of mine who does a lot of laminating. It does do A4 as well as A3 and is very good at it. She thinks it is far superior to the last one she'd had that was bought from Maplins. I've looked up 'Foils' and they seem to be aluminium foil that is also laminated - as in medical wraps etc. Anyway, this laminator is a pretty decent machine especially with its anti jam mechanism (the problem that killed the Maplins one!). **Q: How can a jammed pouch be released?** A: There is a jam release button on the back of this model where you feed the sheets into it. It should release the rollers. Not had need to use this function yet on my machine. **Q: Good Evening,What warranty is supplied with this product** A: not sure i think its a year ,but the product is great had 3 over the last 15 yeears & this is the best of al **Q: Do you get any pouches with this laminator? Much smaller than expected, but it works a treat - I've tried A5, A4 and A3 in this and they all came out great. Takes about 5 minutes to warm up, then the green light comes on and you feed your document in from the rear slot. Another teacher had this make and I had used it so was hoping that mine would be as good. It is. I have laminated up to 12 pages without any problems. It is easy to use and heats up quite quickly.
