Excellent model of a classic British workhorse
The British Land Rover has been around for as long as the American Jeep and perhaps longer. Built in a variety of configurations, these vehicles have been used to go anywhere, from the deepest jungles to the most arid deserts, making them truly the all terrain vehicle on which the sun never sets. I first fell in love with the Land Rover back in the 1960"s after seeing them on television shows such as Daktari and in movies. My dream of one day owning one sadly never came true, but this model by Bburago makes for a satisfying alternative. depicting a Generation 2 Rover, At 1/24 scale, it has opening doors and hood and steerable wheels. The rear door needs to be popped open with a thin instrument such as a hobby knife which is not a problem for an adult such as myself, but children will likely need to ask a parent. All in all a very nice addition to my collection of Land Rover models.

Mixed Ride Mixed Feelings
Nice clean replica, nice size, but a few parts are plastic or rubberized materials. Front doors are metal and hinged. Rear door is not and relies on flexibility of plastic. Might be better sold as item for display and not for play and pitched for a higher age group. Still it is fun and my 3yr old grandson likes it.

Cheap looking
This looks more like a child's toy, not something to display. It looks cheap and is smaller than I expected. Read the size but I measured it and the length is just under 7 inches and the width is 2 1/2 inches. I paid way too much ($26) and it is more like something under $10 that can be bought at a mini-mart gas station. I immediately felt ripped off when I opened it.

Didn't buy to play with, just a Rover Lover!
I only bought this to collect, not to play with. It is pretty accurate though! I work at a Land Rover place and people seem to like it.
