Ice baths are so great for your physical and mental health and this ice bath makes it so much easier to enjoy the benefits. Materials are very solid and strong so it will last a long time! Review: 100% Authentic Company & Customer Service - I purchased a cold plunge tub to experience what I've heard/read so much about. Due to a misunderstanding of the product on my end, I sent it back without opening it for a refund. The company contacted me to find out why I returned the item and after some explanation I realized it was a misunderstanding on my end. The company then sent me a new tub to try at no cost. I set up the tub (which was incredibly easy!) and filled it up. Added 6 bags of ice and in I go. Plenty of room by the way as the description says it fits people up to 6'7. Whew! That was AHH-Mazing! Wow! Once out of the tub I covered it up and planned to use it daily if possible. The next few days I wasn't able to due to work and bad weather so it was 4-5 days before I got to it again. I uncovered it and found a weakness in one of the seams. Disappointed, I contacted the company and let them know sending pictures of the tub for them to view. They responded in a few days time and offered to replace it once again, explaining they stand behind their product and didn't want this to be my experience. They took the info from my experience, planned to apply that info to improve the product, and then replaced my tub graciously. With Explore Ice, a sale isn't just a sale. You matter to them. A: All depends on the outside environment, but ours lasts quite a while in Phoenix Arizona

**Q: How are yall re-filling with COLD water each day? Are yall freezing gallon jugs to set inside? Refilling ice cubes after each cold bath? Etc. Thank ya**
A: We use frozen gallon water bottles

**Q: What kind of pipe is perfect for the drainage switch thing?**
A: It comes with a pipe that’s perfect for drainage direction, about two feet long.

**Q: Is there a weight limit?**
A: From my understanding no there is not a weight limit, it is a very large bass, I am 6’2” and 240 pounds and there is a ton of room around me

Perfect product. For some reason the cover didn’t get shipped. Would have loved to have a cover, so make sure yours is in the box. The box arrived very damaged.
