It fit the shaft perfectly with the included woodruff key and attached to the shaft properly with the included hex nut. I would recommend using a thread lock compound on the motor shaft to keep the nut in place. This is a 9 tooth sprocket, and I used it to replace an 11 tooth sprocket.
