Review: Flavoursome - It has a very nice flavour. I use it when I don’t have lots of time doing my own curry mix. I use u it for example in Singapore fried noodles, fried rice and even in a goat curry adding more of my spices. The only drawback is that I would like it more spicy. Says hot on the tin but I’m not sure it’s hot enough. Maybe it’s just a personal preference. Bought it for many years and will continue to do so until I find something better. Merit a try you met be surprised.

**Q: How do i use this to make a curry and can i mix equal amounts to a mild curry powder to creat a medium curry as I don't like it to hot**
A: You can mix mild and hot yes, or you can use less hot curry powder for a medium curry,

**Q: Has anybody noticed the texture, its like sawdust in the mouth or is this normal for this product?**
A: It has not been cooked properly- the powder should be fried in onions and ghee (fat) before adding in curry ingredients otherwise it will taste powdery and raw

It has a very nice flavour. I use it when I don’t have lots of time doing my own curry mix.
