I get this cuz I've read multiple places it helps you relax, so I take one before bed cuz I tend to have insomnia. This isnt intended to knock you out, just calm you down & relax when going to bed.

Just started using mine 5 days ago. I took this at night initially to help with sleep but I noticed that it made my heart beat a little off/ irregular. I Wasn’t going to use but them. i tried in the am (1 pill) and it seems to be working fine. I noticed that when I was arguing with the Mrs I was able to let it go quicker than usual.
