I bought this about year and a half ago and it just started to give out. I have had drinking fountains before this one and I know how to take them apart and clean ALL of the parts, replace all of the filters, and I do it at least once a week. And I only have one cat! I knew it had to be a bad motor so that's what I told customer service after going through the usual spiel of did I clean it, try a new USB, etc... They did send me a new motor immediately (at no charge), and it arrived in a couple of days. After installing, the fountain works fine.
