My husband no sooner took the tie out of the package and started to fasten it on our two year old son (who didn't touch it at all), than the bow portion started to rip away from the strap. My husband got a safety pin and fastened it together and it held up for 30 minutes of picture-taking, and later, for about 45 minutes waiting for a portrait with Santa. It gets three stars for LOOKING absolutely adorable (we got a lot of compliments on our son's outfit), but I was really disappointed that it literally fell apart right out of the package.
