Easy installation
Good quality construction. Easy to follow instructions and easy to install. Two people required to safely lift ladder through opening where it is to be installed. Also, another person is required to pull ladder down so lag screws can be installed to permanently attach the ladder to framing.

Great purchase & would highly recommend to others.
This product is fantastic, very sturdy yet light weight enough to make pulling it down and folding it back up easy! I feel safe on this ladder & it is very well made.

Ladder is nice but issue with install
This is not bad but we had some issues installing. One of the braces that keeps the ladder straight was holding by a rivet and it was broken off in shipment. Tried to replace it with a rivet but but the largest rivet they sell at Lowe’s wouldn’t work. Ended up having a large screw with no threads on the end that worked great. Then we found out one of the bolts that screw the feet in was missing. So I had to find one that would fit. Update: The manufacture did contact me to offer replacement or to fix the issue. We had already worked through the issues and installed it. They still offered a $30 refund. So they are willing to work out any issues.

Best purchase of the year
This has been a Godsend. We have a shed that had no attic access without hauling out the huge ladder. This worked beautifully. It took some planning and 2 (older) guys to install, but it's been extremely helpful. It IS narrow at the top, so hauling huge items up isn't going to be easy, but it's been very helpful in freeing up shelf space.
