Review: Great Protein! Works Well! - I been working out for two years now and I've taken many different kind of protein drinks(ISOPURE,Whey Gold Standard, Casein, Muscle Milk) now this. I ordered MyoPlex(2 packages of 20/box). They came when they said they would(I do have prime membership, this helps by the way!!). This is great tasting protein, I use Blender Bottle(clear bottle with blue letters and a spring ball inside). The bottle breaks up the protein superbly! I got this bottle b/c this protein(even though it is the lite version) is very thick and hard to mix less you have a bottle like I mentioned. The bottle is very cheap($6-8) and is worth every penny). On the package it says to take it after workouts, I take it after workouts and also the next day(my off day) to ensure I keep my protein intake in line. I read protein helps increase metabolism and being that I cannot eat meat at home this 20g protein shake is a good substitute. I am a male 23 years old about 180pounds, when I first started to work out I was at 210 pounds and then dropped down to 168 in about 18 months but then I only weight lifted and drank a lot of whey protein which increased my muscle mass along with some fat mass since I basically dropped my cardio workouts. So then I went back up to 180 which is my current state. I am looking to drop about 10-15pounds while keeping most of my muscle weight, if you want to do that I suggest you try this product, since it only has 180 calories and very minimal fat grams but still provides a good amount of protein. I wouldn't take ISOPURE since it has 0 carbs and if you want to loose weight you need to do a lot of cardio and you'll need some carbs. I just ran out of the ordered I mentioned above and so I'm going to ordered another order of 2 packages(1 for work and 1 for home) I suggest if you work during the day time(I work 9-5pm) you do this since you should be taking a shake or two during the day time even if you aren't working out that day, just to recover from your previous workout. Oh and also I work out about 3-4times a week. Mostly I'm on the treadmill running uphills and sprints(8-10mph) for about 30 mins and then I do self body workouts(pushups, pull ups, chin ups, dips) and also other weight lifting(curls, shrugs, bench press though light(~140 pounds)).
Review: Delicious, filling, healthy - I make one or two of these a day in a smoothie maker, with water, ice, and--here's the best part--frozen strawberries that I buy in bulk in a bag at Costco. Wow, delicious. It's even better with skim milk, but I usually prefer to skip the extra calories (and with water it's still great). Adding the frozen strawberries makes it just scrumptious. I also take two glucomannan (fiber) pills beforehand, and of course that helps to fill you up (it's something like 5x more absorbent than many other fiber supplements, and as far as I can tell, has no taste...). It's good with a banana, too, or (they say) peanut butter, but I haven't tried that one. Adding frozen blueberries (also from Costco) is also pretty good, but not as good as the strawberries. I tried the Myoplex vanilla--meh. Even with milk it tastes pretty blah, almost chalky. Wouldn't buy it again and will probably pawn the unused packets off on a neighbor. ;) Btw, my elderly mother tried just the chocolate powder with water, and loooooved it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheaper than Shakeology

We bought this as an alternative to Shakeology 1) because of the price and 2) because Beachbody changed the formulation of their shake (which now tastes awful in my opinion). The Lite formula is not nearly as filling as Shakeology, and the protein content is limited. But, it is great for a healthy on-the-go breakfast....well, as long as you have a hand blender handy. May need to supplement with a banana or something to be a true breakfast/meal substitute. We tried it with milk and decided we liked it better with just water. This powder also tastes MUCH better than the pre-mixed cartons. Drawback is that you have to take the time to blend it. Chocolate is not bad but the vanilla is slightly better (less artificial) for my taste and allows some flexibility in adding fruit etc.
