Unfortunately, there is a tinted film that goes inside the screen that is required to make the screen work correctly. I did not realize that I would not be able to re-use my existing film because it does not generally come off of the old screen in-tact. Learn from my mistake, this kit only includes a clear piece of glass without the tinted film that is required to be adhered to the new glass to make the screen function. I also could not find a way to buy this film separately, so this was probably a waste of money on my part. Learn from my carelessness. The first picture of the tinted screen is what the screen needs to look like to function.
