Therefore if you are a Beginner or haven't done Pilates for a while this DVD is unlikely to be useful for you at all. It's a good idea to have standing Pilates but it is essential that your stance posture is correct whilst standing which this DVD describes verbally but the camera does not pick up the subtle movements in the core. DVD is not worth the money. Instructor does not seem to have had Beginners in mind when she did this DVD. Plus the DVD is boring. No low sounding background music. Instructor needs to wear bright colours so viewers can see exactly what she is doing or turn her body to the side so the camera can see exactly what she is doing.
