The inside journal is about 7.5 x 4 inch, outer cover is about 8 x 5 inch. The paper is excellent for fountain pens. The ink stays on the surface and I tend to see more sheen from the ink than on cardstock. Great to fit in my purse. The journal pages are blank. I would love to find the refills with dots or grid.
