Used intra workout with Vitargo, glutamine and creatine. Does what it's supposed to and mixes very well. Forewarning however, the "unflavored" isn't actually unflavored but if you've been in the supplement game for a while you would've known this. It doesn’t contain alpha-casozepine in the ingredients list. It simply says Hydrolyzed Caseinate. **Q: Is it lactose free??** A: It doesn't have a strong negative effect because it is absorbed quickly but no it's not totally lactose free. I have a slight intolerance to lactose but this did not have any effects that made me sick, bloated or in the restroom. **Q: Is this flavorless and does it come with the scoop to measure 10g** A: Yes, it is flavorless, but it does taste very bitter due to the fact that you are tasting the di and tri peptides. The smaller the peptides the more bitter the taste. That is why with other so-called hydrolyzed protein powders you barely taste any bitterness. You WANT to taste the bitterness. This product does not come with a scoop. You can simply use 2 tbs for 10 grams. **Q: How many milligrams of casein are in each scoop?** A: Don't think it comes with a scoop, but 1/3 cup = 25 grams milk casien = 20 grams of protein.......nothing else added. 18 servings per bag. Please do the math......18 servings x 25 grams casien = 450 grams......which is 1 lb or 16 oz. (the size of the bag).
