I’ve had a pair of these for one year and this VANOMi ottoman is a fantastic dupe for a high-end designer piece. It gives a trendy look without the luxury price tag, and the best part is that it arrives fully assembled right out of the box. It’s lightweight but sturdy. The cream-ivory boucle fabric has a really nice texture which adds a cozy, minimalist vibe to the room, and the unique U-shaped design looks great paired with bold patterns or dark leather. I bought this as a set, but it’s also sold as a single which is good if you just need a lone stool or an accent piece for a tight corner. Structurally, it feels very solid with absolutely no wobble when you sit on it. The curved saddle seat is comfortable, and the foam padding is somewhat dense. Since my choice was a light color fabric, it does pick up a little dirt over time, especially when using it as a foot stool while wearing shoes. But I’ve found it easily wipes clean with a standard upholstery spray, and the fabric loops don't fray or shed when you spot-clean it. There is one loose thread I need to snip, but it almost blended right in. This provides a great balance of style and everyday durability. It’s so economically cute!
