Good vitamins
They have no additives and are easy to swallow. No smell and don'ts cause nausea. I've seen the review about vitamin A in these. They are safe as there is vitamin A beta carotene not retinol.

Best prenatal supplement on the market
Best prenatal supplements on the market I have tried every single one. This helps prevent any nausea if taken at night and the price is amazing too

Easier to swallow than the other brand we've tried, no nausea, and good dosages
Don't worry about the vitamin A - a lot of these reviews are full of misunderstandings. Beta-carotene is the unprocessed source of vitamin A found in many plants, and is perfectly safe for pregnant women. You aren't going to get vitamin A toxicity from this. Retinol is the processed form that is found in liver. This is what is in most multivitamins and face creams that people avoid during pregnancy, and your body can't control how much of it is released. Those with beta-carotene are fine as the body will only convert what is needed to retinol. The quantity of folate is also not low. 250 micrograms per tablet twice a day is well over the daily 400 dose recommended by the NHS. You are only recommended to take 4,000 if you're at higher risk of neural tube defects. I'm not sure whether there are any side effects to that dose where you don't need it. You should probably only do it if your doctor advises you to.The price is reasonable, and I prefer the twice-daily tablets, as they spread the dosages which might reduce what water soluble ingredients are lost to urine. My girlfriend has struggled with other single-dose tablets making her feel nauseous, especially if she has an empty stomach or hasn't been able to eat very much. These ones are a little smaller, and so far haven't made her feel ill at all.

Great nutrients, some smell fishy
Very good supplements for a competitive price. The company's customer service is also very good. The only problem is that some of the batches that we received started smelling very fishy after being opened. According to the company, this is due to the choline content. This can make it difficult to take for some pregnant women, as their sense of smell is heightened and are more prone to being disgusted by smells.

Fantastic multivitamin
"Long Story Short"I have to say that this multivitamin tablets are well goodI have decided to go for this option despite the fact that i am not pregnant, due to well balanced vitamin and mineral packageI have felt tired and weak in last few weeks and figured out that i am lacking some crucial vitamins due to my unbalanced lifestyle and diet.Straight after first dose i have felt real energy boost (not energy drink one but i have noticed positive change)This set of tablets are well balanced and dose is great to keep you topped up with essential mineralsI have noticed rapid action and i can guarantee premium qualityTwo tablets a day onlyValue for money 10 out of 10

Great quality
Do not take on an empty stomach! I found that out the hard way. They’re also pretty large, but don’t have super sharp edges so they’re decently easy to swallow. But after just 2 weeks I noticed my skin clearing up, energy was much better and I started to sprout new hair on my scalp, which is a little annoying at first but fun to play with 😂 I think the quality is great though.

Simply the best!
Best methylated prenatal vitamins for the price point! Taking these throughout my second pregnancy has been a game changer. After my firstborn I suspected I was a carrier of the MTHFR gene mutation. I believe that I was unable to process regular run of the mill prenatals which lead to extreme tiredness and anemia in my last pregnancy. I can honestly say that I have felt wonderful while taking these and my labs have been perfect. They are easy to swallow, I would advise taking them with a meal to avoid nausea but I would recommend that with any vitamin. The vitamin themselves do not have an aftertaste or burp taste that lingers. The bottle does not smell pleasant, smells fishy. I am unbothered by it because the vitamin themselves are very tolerable and not smelly. Overall, these are very high quality methylated prenatals that I would recommend to anyone trying to conceive, pregnant, or breastfeeding! And a bonus my hair, skin, and nails have never looked better!
