I have a similar one, and these match it. It comes with screws and an allen wrench so is easy to assemble.. BUT there was a problem. I assembled the first one, and discovered that a wine bottle will not go in bottom first from the front (where the neck rests). It was not hard to fix, but I had to reposition the bottom front railing (where the neck of the bottles rest) and drill a hole on each front upright to screw it into. That solved the problem.
