Le 1 er j’en était contente et je l’ai gardé presque 3 ans donc je l’ai remplacé. Mais celui ci ne fonctionne pas bien du tout. Il n’ a pas assez d énergie pour faire les programmes d Ems. meme chargé à fond il ne peut pas contracter un seul muscle. J’ai egalement un compex fit 5.p et j’ai comparé et même mon ancien avait plus de jus! J’ai contacté Amazon pour réparation, ils me proposent un échange (jusque là je me dis nickel) mais en exigeant de recevoir celui défectueux sous 7 jours maxi sinon ils me facture le prix de l’appareil! À n’y rien comprendre je demande juste la réparation de mon appareil. Je veux leur envoyer et qu’ils le réparent ou le remplace une fois qu’ils bien reçu le mien mais non….ils m’envoient un autre avant et si le mien ne leur est pas arrivé d ici 7 jours je serai facture de 179€ donc en cas de retard (ou de perte) sur le retour je serai prelevée automatiquement comme si j’achete un nouveau bordel qui ne marche pas. Je susi immobilisée à cause d une blessure donc delai court, et chantage de prelevement si je veux faire jouer la garantei. Ils refusent d attendre d avoir le recu mon retour avant de m’expedier un autre sans risque pour moi d’etre prelevée en cas d avari de colis.
