Last time I bought the blue Interprox brushes they were described as1.3mm, these are 0.8mm has the spec changed? and they genuine?

The 1.3mm you refer to is listed on the left side of the box. 0.8mm refers to the wire that holds the bristles. The bristle width starts at 3mm and widens to 5mm.
