I don’t “do” the trigger points or any of the therapeutic / holistic treatments. I do appreciate a nice facial massage - which this does. 2-3 times a week, as part of my nighttime “ritual”, I slather on a goodly amount of cold cream - usually Ponds - and massage it over and into my face, then towel off the excess. My finger tips work fairly well, but wasn’t giving me the deeper muscle massage I wanted - this does that, without the drag my fingertips created. It’s well worth the “investment”. I just have to use some extra care with this - with slick cold cream - I could easily loose my grip. To help with that, I wound a wide rubber band at the mid-point for some extra grip.

Price was a little high for what it’s made of but I wanted the green color. It’s great for acupressure instead of wearing out your hands. It seems solid, heavy for epoxy. I’ll keep it in my purse for ease of use. I actually like this better than the $300 vagus nerve stimulator I purchased. Would recommend.

I get terrible stress headaches and I clench my jaw a lot. I bought this to massage my jaw and I’m weird about textures so the jade seemed appealing compared to metal options. Absolutely amazing for massaging my jaw and to help dig deep into my shoulders when they are too tight and even gently massage out neck knots. I keep it in my purse. I wanted to leave a review because I use it often and keep pulling it out of my purse and misplacing it so I came back to buy more. It’s so worth it I recommend. Has saved me from so many bad headache spells!

This feels great when you apply it using the recommend areas on the product page. The wand itself feels so cool on the skin and the double side helps by giving me the opportunity to target smaller areas around my face with one side and larger ones on my back using the larger side. Overall it has been helpful to me, I'm very happy with this product.

The aventurine looks just like the picture. It's smooth, cool, and polished to a nice finish. No cracks or pits. It was in a bubble bag, in a magnetic box with a drawstring pouch and little gift card. It would make a nice gift. It's $12.99.

This does great using it to get little pressure point knots that you have. I love that it's jade it also makes it very beautiful to look at.
