Needed to get one for my daughter, and this new model is a HUGE downgrade. You can tell the materials are cheaper. The screen is rough and hard to touch, the tablet is lighter and feels like cheap plastic. Worst of all, it is so incredibly slow. I wish they would have increased the price instead of downgrading the product and materials.
