With approximately 5 hours in my freezer, the spheres seemed solid, and the outside two cubes were pretty solid. The center one clearly had liquid water still in the center. However they removed pretty cleanly, and I just put them in a zip lock back in the freezer, and started a second round. The spheres are impressive. The bottoms of the cubes needed better support (I had them on a light cardboard box that apparently sagged a bit) and so the bottoms came out a bit rounded. So if you want crystal clear ice, get a device that encourages unidirectional freezing, pull it out right before it complete freezing, and use double boiled, distilled water.
