IT'S JUNK *by M***K on July 10, 2020* They claim it is made in the US, but all the parts inside and even the user manual are Chinese. My freezer never worked right and completely died after only a couple of weeks, ruining thousands of dollars of perishables inside it. Factory could not fix this thing. Their excuse was that they could not find a repairman to come to a private home and do a warranty repair on it. What???? Finally, I managed to get a refund from the seller, who promised me that they were coordinating with the factory and the factory would come and pick up the unit. After a large number of emails, calls, texts and what not to both, the seller and the factory, the factory refused to get involved in picking up the unit.
