These are amazing! I bought the small, but they feel so much better than just your average earring back! The silicone is extremely sturdy and comfortable against the back of the ear and I have not needed to worry about them falling off. Received a rather expensive pair of stud earrings for Christmas. Since I generally loose one of my studs on a regular basis, I decided I needed something that would prevent the backs from coming off. These basically screw on the back, so no more lost earrings!! Would recommend to anyone!
