The first two from a leak that couldn't be fixed. The third from a component (the piece that holds the capsule in place while hot water is forced through it) that snapped in half during operation. They are made to a price and it shows. The only reason I keep buying them is that I can't use my Tchibo capsules in any other affordable machine.
