I recently purchased these tools and I am thrilled with the results. The set includes a dough scraper, a bread lame, and a proofing basket. This is a great set. I use everything in it and all have held up very well. This is why I waited so long to review them. I have had them all for a year and use them regularly. The bannetons work really well and I just add a little flour and the bread doesnt stick at all.

I wasn't expecting the stencils because so many other reviewers said it didn't come in the Box but I did get stencils and they seem a bit small for my loaves. I wouldn't know because it's my first time. The fabric covers look different from what I saw in the pictures and appear to be more of a mesh then a cotton fabric which might be okay and they tore as soon as I washed them by hand. The basket cover also had an immediate tear along a seam line which I can just mend. otherwise the whole kit seems to be good quality and the thermometer works with batteries already in it.

I am impressed with the well made baskets and like that there is both a metal (working on flat surfaces) and a plastic scrapers (curved and flexible for bowls). I just misted them a few minutes before dusting (rice four) the first time before using to proof. The stainless handle and large double hooped whisk is nice to work with and I like it can be placed in the dishwasher vs a wooden handle one. The instant thermometer is easier to read than my other digital ones. I have not used the cloth covers for the baskets yet. I did hand wash and allowed to dry. The seems have been well stitched to prevent unraveling and fine linen with last. This is a great started kit for bread makers.

Great for someone just starting because it has everything you need in one set, is priced well, and is good quality. I had other accessories/equipment but this was too good a set to pass. There are measurements on the dough cutter and the scraper nestles in. Would recommend!

I got this kit to improve my bread making skills. Everything was well packaged, and I’m very satisfied with quality of items. The baskets are made out of natural material - I believe Rattan. One scraper is metal and has a handy plastic handle, the second scraper is fully plastic. Did you make sure is stainless steel and feels very durable . The stencils are lovely and cannot wait to use them on my bread.

Ich habe dieses Backset für meine Brotback-Experimente gekauft und bin insgesamt zufrieden. Es gibt einige richtig gute Werkzeuge, aber auch ein paar Teile, die besser sein könnten. Positives: ✅ Teigschaber: Absolut top! Gut verarbeitet, liegen angenehm in der Hand und erleichtern die Arbeit mit dem Teig enorm. Ein echtes Highlight des Sets. ✅ Lebensmittelthermometer: Kam direkt einsatzbereit mit Batterie – einfach auspacken und loslegen. Super praktisch für die richtige Temperaturkontrolle beim Brot Backen. ✅ Allgemeine Verarbeitung: Die meisten Teile des Sets fühlen sich hochwertig an und machen einen soliden Eindruck. Verbesserungswürdig: ❌ Teigbesen: Schon nach der ersten Nutzung locker geworden. Er wirkt nicht stabil genug für den langfristigen Einsatz, was wirklich schade ist. ❌ Bäckermesser: Entweder ist es nicht scharf genug, oder mein Teig war zu weich – jedenfalls war das Einschneiden des Brotes vor dem Backen schwieriger als erwartet bzw. schwieriger wie es in den Videos wirkt. ❌ Holzbürste: Die Borsten sind zu steif, sodass sie beim Abpinseln die Teigoberfläche eher beschädigen als das überschüssige Mehl sanft zu entfernen. Fazit: Ein gutes Set mit vielen nützlichen Tools, aber einige Teile könnten hochwertiger sein, wobei ich mich bei diesem Preis eher nicht beschweren kann. Aber der Teigbesen, das Bäckermesser und die Bürste haben mich nicht überzeugt. Trotzdem eine gute Grundausstattung für Hobbybäcker!

Für alle, die gern Brot backen oder es ausprobieren wollen: Ein Gärkorb ist ein Muss! Er nimmt nicht viel Platz weg, ist leicht zu reinigen und sorgt für Brote, die nicht nur lecker schmecken, sondern auch aussehen wie vom Profi.
