Exceptional value, great ginger product.
Really delicious big ginger cubes. Great for baking, but also very moreish to eat on own, and good for your digestion. Excellent value, quick delivery and well packed. Excellent product. I continue to buy.

Lovely flavour and minimal fibres, great value if you like ginger you can’t go wrong
If you like ginger then these are for you, I taste tested these against a similar M&S product and honestly these are much nicer, less fibrous and not quite as ‘hot’ the M&S option was ok, but these are a fraction of the cost and we find they help digestion after a meal, (just one or two pieces) they are high in sugar so not suitable for diabetes sufferers, for the rest of us all things in moderation……

Soft, tender and fresh.
This ginger is soft and tender to bite instead of hard or dry. It has a wonderfully fresh taste in every single piece. It has chunky thick cuts that give off a rich and warm flavor that tastes authentic. I'm going to use some in my hot curry bt blending it with coconut milk. You can't miss out on this high quality ginger!!!

Perfect Persis Ginger
I didn’t realise how large my large bag of Persis Ginger Chunks was. What fantastic value for money! I love all things ginger but too much even for me! So I have given much away and to very appreciative friends and colleagues. Persis ginger is lovely, chewy, mild and delicious. I use Persis in cocktails. Ginger chunk, ginger syrup, topped up with lots of bubbly Prosecco. Very nice

Tasty but too chunky for my requirements

Good all round quality at a reasonable price.
I've been buying this Persis ginger for several years now, and I'm very happy with it. The ginger taste is consistantly good, with reasonable sized chunks and the texture is between soft and firm with an even sugar coating and the price is quite reasonable for the quality provided, so I don't intend to try any alternatives as I don't think there's room for improvement.
