You have to restart from scratch and that is a horrific though, let alone experience.Also, for some idiotic reason, you cannot set A/C commands, unless programmed as an unknown device.Other than that, the package works. ### ⭐ Warning third party power supply when refurbished *by R***N on 9 March 2018* Product is amazing and after fiddling around a bit very eaayvto setup. Slight issue is that the refurbished one I have purchased has come with a third party micro usb plug... i have woken up thus morbing to a fuse tgat has blown in my fusebox and a harmony that doesnt work. The plug smells like it has melted internally (burning plastic/electrical smell) swapped the cable for a high quality one now and it is working fine... just happy it was only the fuse I the fusebox that got damaged. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good but with serious limitations. *by M***E on 16 May 2018* Awesome product as long as you want it for media purposes. Game consoles, TVs, amplifiers work like a charm, IFTTT comtatible. AC units however and similar appliances don't work. No other reason for this, than logitech trying to push you expensive peripherals.
