A friend of the family suggested it. It works better for general heartburn and discomfort than anything I've ever tried. I've had papaya tablets that taste horrible. These are not those tablets. These taste pretty good, tho' they do require quite a bit of chewing to not have sharp pieces going down. Papaya is not a miracle worker.
