You'll have to be a cognizant person to comfortably use it . And you'll have to use it more often to be able to seamlessly use it in the dark . A person that barely uses it will have complaints. I use this light often so getting used to its controls , button placement and lighting positions were very easy to get comfortable with . I can use it with my eyes closed.
