Does what it is supposed to do
Oh, uh. It's a piece of polished metal with a spring. So, I guess it does its job. My only two criticisms are: 1) the price - I know this isn't an abnormal price but still 2) the spring could be a little stronger - It hasn't fallen off or caused any issues but can shift around sometimes Otherwise, works fine and looks nice

Adequate quality ..
This tie clasp is on the smaller side as compared to many others that I have worn. The tension of the clip leaves a bit to be desired - but at the end of the day it will do what you want it to do. It may have a harder time with gripping most ties with any type of a sheen. I would most likely look elsewhere if I needed another silver colored tie clasp.
