Originally I gave this 2 stars because, like some other reviews, the shoulder buttons did not work, making them useless for playing Mario Kart. After send back and getting a refund, I have been sent a replacement product and a letter from Orzly indicating that they had found a manufacturing fault in some of these wheels and had now rectified this.These wheels received today work brilliantly. I had since purchased the Nintendo official wheels (which I do also like) but there are a couple of points to these that make them stand out against the official product. Firstly (and possibly most important to some people) they are about an inch bigger in diameter which feels like a better size in my hands. The Joy-Cons are easier to remove due to the hole in the back (not that it is too much of a problem on the official ones though if we are honest) and the LED indicator is also a nice touch.I also feel that it is worth mentioning the outstanding service from Orzly who obviously care about their product to go to the lengths that they have done to try to make a customer satisfied. I hadn't made any contact with them, simply returned via Amazon, (and left a 2 star review) but getting the chance to put something right clearly mattered to them.
