Because of its size, it had to be delivered by LTL carrier and because of where I live, I had to meet the driver elsewhere and have him offload it to my trailer. (Note that LTL carriers basically leave it at the curb.) The biggest issue was getting it in the house since my only help was a couple of women who couldn't pick it up. You really need 2 strong people like they say.I must say that this is well designed, well made, and worth every cent. I had a few issues along the way, but their salesperson provided excellent support. (I count 22 emails from him in my email box and I deleted quite a few.) If you are a gamer, day trader stocks, or if you work from home like my wife does and if you have enough space for the chair, you will greatly appreciate it. I strongly recommend pairing it a 54" curved monitor as well.
