This worked wonderfully for the first few months. It’s says up to 4,500sq ft but realistically it will scent your first floor which is all I wanted and was happy with it. However, after a few months there was no more scent and it was leaking. The machine would make the noise to distribute the scent but you would only smell it if you got close to it which maybe was from the leak. I tried everything they suggested by cleaning it with alcohol, making sure to tighten everything, seal is intact, clean the nozzle, make sure there were no blockages. Nothing has worked. Either there is a blockage out of my hands somewhere or this is just designed to work past the return date because now I’m out $200 and have to go back to plug ins.

If you are looking for a consistent scent to provide a quality aroma in your space whether a home or office, then look no further. We decided to pursue this option after spending lots of money on the Bath & Body Works wall Flowers. For the overall value, we figured we’d spend a bit less by going this route. The system does take a little bit of studying in terms of knowing how to set it up, but the app overall is pretty user-friendly. We are still trying to find the best settings to keep the machine operating on to get the best bang for our buck, but we are definitely pleased so far with the purchase of the machine. We have had it for about a month now.

It's a small compact unit that does produce a good amount of vapor, but smart as it is listed it is not. The features that are shown are only for unites that are 4/5G. The app is minimal at best. If you order this one that is bluetooth/wifi it does not tell you the amout use or level of your oil. So if you place it on your HVAC out of site, you will not know it's empty or getting close to empty to order more oil. The app let's you set time on and off and duration, and turn the unit on or off. That's the extent of it being called smart. Not knowing the oil levels like shown is a real disappointment. I should have bought an different brand. Update: After having it over a week. The Bluetooth constantly disconnects, even with a signal strength of 3 bars.

Great value, quality, easy to use, large reservoir great price and great customer service! I love this diffuser! For the money you can’t beat it! It holds 500 ml of oil so I won’t have to be messing with refills every week. So easy to use. Fill the bottle, screw on the top and slide it into place and done! I love that there is an app to control the settings. I can change the frequency and length of spray from anywhere! It seems like a sturdy device. I knocked it over on my counter and it didn’t break or spill. There is a lock on the door and they give you a key. I tied a string around the key and taped it to the side and of the machine so I won’t lose it. Now the customer service… I lost the piece to connect the hose for HVAC attachment. I contacted customer service via email to see if they sold parts. They responded less than 24 hours later. They do not sell parts and could have left me lost without the piece but they didn’t. They sent a picture of the part I am missing to confirm it was the correct part & requested I send a picture of the device I have to ensure correct attachment. They said they will contact the warehouse and see if they have a spare and have it sent to me right away. I expected them to be a little store who just pushes products out and doesn’t have any customer service, like a TikTok shop, but was pleasantly proven wrong!! My house smells so good! Thank you so much JCloud!!

It works and the costumer service is very responsive. Be careful not to lose the key

Edit: My first review was fair, BUT once I finally got ahold of customer service (patience is a virtue), I figured out that it was my own error. They helped me reset it and it works perfectly now! I loved this thing when it worked. It worked beautifully and really made the house smell great. The downside is that I had to keep resetting the programs, deleting and reinstalling the app, and unplugging and plugging the machine back in to get some “run time”. It’s very frustrating to have to keep doing all of these things just to get it to work for a little bit. I’m really frustrated that I spent the money and got a subpar product. I was really on the fence about buying this machine for months, and now that I have, I’m really disappointed.
