Great product! Very versatile! Can use this for standing chest press. Seated or standing flies , jackhammer presses for lower chest , triceps extension with the long cables , what a stretch , standing cable single handle curls , love the three points on it where you can attach the handles on the end and do various exercises! Ab exercises are great with this too. ! It’s awesome! The detachable long attachments are a plus.

Great straight bar for Bodylastics resistance tubes when you need to switch it up from unilateral handle exercises. No rotation issues from any of the different heights using my multi point anchor strap. Saw another reviewer was having problems with the center swivel, I don't hear grinding and it rotates pretty smoothly as you can see in the video.

I was upset when I broke the pulldown rod off the clothes pulldown in my walk-in closet. I searched in Amazon for a pulldown rod snd I was pleasantly surprised. When I received the pulldown rod that has many uses, it took minutes to install it and use it. What a great repair to my pulldown clothes bar.

I use this everyday for one thing or another. Attaching d handles and doing lat pulls is great. However bi and tri is out. Rotation hangs up over 70 won't even move. I am not putting a lubricant on it. Dangerous. Band work is good but a little short for that. Over all great product. Never tried the handles it comes with. Have some others . Update: wrapped paper towels around where the lat attachment is. And sprayed wd40. Couple weeks apart. Must be millings from manufacturing. Cleared out. Now spins freely. Getting the long one to replace another that broke.
