Portuguese Premium Chorizo Iberian/Black Pig, 220g

This has a great taste. Not too spicy just has a smoky taste. Great value for money lovely texture and easy to cut up and use. It has a very long shelf life maybe 3 months. Smells amazing when you cook with it.

This product is made with natural ingredients and does not contain any chemical additives. Took it to the wine tasting dinner and it was highly complemented for its rich and complex flavor. The meat was tender with a perfect balance of salt and spices. The sausage had a slightly smoky taste that added depth to the overall flavor profile. I also appreciated the texture, which was firm but not too chewy. Overall, I highly recommend Iberian pig sausage to anyone looking for a high-quality and delicious charcuterie option. Note: also good for frying and grill.

Way too much fat and gristle and just not enough flavour. Several Spanish version s are better.

Used this in paella, delicious! I didn’t peel it, but chef I was working with advised me to peel it in future

I just made a Portuguese stew - “FEIJOADA” and the chorizo and the butter beans are amazing cooked together, the smells took me back to Portugal and value for money!!

Amazing taste!!! Solid smoky flavour, goes better with bread and wine, but you can eat it straight. Great starter, excellent companion for any meal or as a snack. Recommended!

Watery in the bag not dry , full of chunks of gristle and fat nothing nice about it, so unpleasant the cat wouldn't touch it either and she will literally eat anything ! Went in the bin. Waste of money.

Muy buen producto, aromatiza y mejora cualquier cocido, una degustación en toda su plenitud. Sabe a poco, se merece 5 * pero es escaso ya k se sirve en envase súper- mega chiringo☹️una pena.

Envoi rapide, bien emballé. Pas trop picant mais un goût bien prononcé.

De worst smaakte niet goed, had hele grote stukken erin en was overal een teleurstelling.
