For shipping it was fairly standard nothing extravagant but I would have liked to see some form of foam or something to cushion the products. The case is very nice but slightly limiting on space. It’s intended for your steam deck and really nothing else. It’s well structured and durable. The steam deck its self is fantastic! Spent about 20 minutes updating it but otherwise sign in was easy with a QR code and quickly pulled my gaming library over. The track pads are such a nice addition to hand held. Easy to pick up and go and not really much of a learning curve. As well the steam deck is large! Not a bad thing, may be a struggle for some younger users but personally a huge relief for me. I love using my Nintendo switch but am always concerned about damaging it. Over all I highly recommend this product. Review: It’s legit and the best way to get a deck in unsupported countries - It’s sad that Valve does not have an official shop on desertcart, but this is the next best thing! It’s a bit unfair for people giving a low rating based on the price alone. Especially considering that it’s the only option for us people from countries where valve doesn’t sell the deck. The product is great, definitely go for the 512gb version as the screen is amazing! Delivery was superfast with clear tracking info and the packaging ok as well One thing to note, the protective glass is in the box with the silicone case. It leant upon the inside part of the box, I couldn’t find it and bent the box to throw it out, which resulted in the breaking of the glass. But that’s on me. My biggest concern was it being not “legit” due to it being a third party reseller, but product is legit, shipping was fast, I recommend :) ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0C3711P7V | | Brand Name | Valve Index | | Color | Black | | Controller Type | Button Control, Joystick | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 87 Reviews | | Display Type | LCD | | Form Factor | Handheld | | Hardware Interface | HDMI | | Item Weight | 3 pounds | | Material Type | Plastic, Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (Abs) | | Memory Storage Capacity | 512 GB | | Number of Batteries | 1 Product Specific batteries required. There are games optimized to run on Steam Deck, games that run but aren’t optimized, and games that probably aren’t a good fit. You can run Steam Deck off your tv or a monitor, but you don’t need your PC since I t is a standalone handheld console. Hope this helps. **Q: Does it come with a charger ?** A: Yes it does. **Q: What are the specs for the valve steam deck 1tb ?** A: Processor: AMD APU CPU: Zen 2 4c/8t, 2.4-3.5GHz (up to 448 GFlops FP32) GPU: 8 RDNA 2 CUs, 1.0-1.6GHz (up to 1.6 TFlops FP32) APU power: 4-15W Resolution：1280 x 800px (16:10 aspect ratio) Refresh Rate：60Hz Bluetooth：Bluetooth 5.0 (support for controllers, accessories and audio) Wi-Fi：Dual-band Wi-Fi radio, 2.4GHz and 5GHz, 2 x 2 MIMO, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Size：298mm x 117mm x 49mm Weight：Approx. 669 grams Operating System：SteamOS 3.0 (Arch-based) **Q: If i have a. game for pc say diablo 4 do i have to buy it again to be able to run it on steam deck?** A: No. You should be able to just log into your account and re download the game to steam deck. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So impressed! *by S***N on January 31, 2024* Just received the steam deck today and already loving it.
