The construction, though lightweight, is excellent. It is easy to pull along and its wide wheelbase gives it stability. The bag is made of strong material and is held firmly in place by straps with velcro fastenings. The only problem with it is that ithe frame folds, a feature which I don't actually need. When folded out, or extended to the usual operating configuration, there appears to be a comfortable handgrip half-way up which makes it convenient to lift on and off buses etc. This is fine when the bag is empty, but when fully loaded the weight of the bag pulls the bottom half of the frame out of the locked position, the frame starts to collapse and the lower part with the wheels tends to move towards your leg.
