Now I go to the designated freezer bag and take out what I need. Once the cocktails are mixed and served the ice tray is now loose enough to just squeeze out the spheres/cubes. They go into the freezer bags to replace or increase what I took, the tray is refilled and everything goes back into the freezer no fuss no muss and no wrestling with frozen silicone. Now that it's all easy peeezy I'm thinking about making a batch of colored spheres for the punch bowl to keep the freeloaders entertained. It’s difficult to know where to fill so that it doesn’t start freezing out the hole on top due to expansion. The spheres cracked easily and melted very unevenly. The cubes I would give 5 stars! They work great and have been melting very evenly.
