I have not used the glue that comes with them as I'm worried nail glue may ruin my own nails, so I've put them on with my regular gel pads. They feel totally secure and in fact I can't feel them at all. They are also super thin and flexible and have the lowest profile I've seen on artificial nails, which makes it very hard to tell they're not natural. All in all absolutely the best I've ever bought and will absolutely switch to these ones from now on.
