Wow is all I can say. This works so nice I have not able to see my home videos and old movies for over 5 years. I bought this as was one two three to put in. Very easy to put in and reasonable price . I would highly recommended. thank you, God bless,

Functions really well! True to description.

Only worked for a little bit when I first set it up. After the initial time I used it, it doesn't display correctly and the screen flickers constantly. I tried using a different hdmi cable but it didn't help at all. I can get it to work but only after about 30 minutes of messing with it, but once I turn my PS2 off and turn it on later, the screen goes right back to where it it doesn't display properly. When it does work, it looks fine, but I've only had it for a few days. Pretty disappointed.

When it comes to older consoles there are all sorts of ways to retrofit them for modern flat panel displays. These Wii adapters have been around for a while and they all look the same and somewhat perform the same. Where they differ is quality of hardware. Portholic has been around for a while and they are the ones that I trust the most. Setup is simple. You just plug it into the back. Boot it up. Set it to 480p and widescreen and that's it. It cleans up the image alot with no hassle. These also have a pretty long life span. I have used 6 of these throughout the years and given them as gifts and out of those 6, 5 are still functional multiple years later. That's not something that you see too often. Aside from that there's nothing else to say. They work, they're high quality. That's about it.

easy to assemble, works good, a little converter device help me enjoy my DVD's again, a little dark at time, and the picture is not as sharp, but it's still good for the price.

Works perfectly for older video game

Very easy to install thanks to the online video in the advertisement. Worked perfectly to attach dvd player to work with smart tv.

It works! Was able to hook up PS2 to LCD TV. And even better, was able to hook up miniDV camcorder, from before phones with cameras, and watch some priceless tapes that I haven't seen for a long time. What a different world! Easy to use and price was good. If you need one you will appreciate it.

I have only used it once so this is just first impressions. I bought this so I could use my wii on my new tv. the quality of the video on the screen is low (but that was kind of expected). It did work perfectly though I have no other complaints.

Just bought a new 50 inch TV. With the HDMI eARC feature I took my portable Net Radio and hooked up my 3.5 mm from my radio to the RCa plugs into this convertor and then the HDMI cable into my TV. Now I have input 4 dedicated to my radio. All I need now is a good soundbar to give me great sound

Picture quality with DVDs isn't amazing, but that's probably because we're used to everything in HD now, I don't think it's the fault of the convertor. The HDMI cord it comes with isn't too long and is a bit cheap, may want to consider getting your own.
