**Q: Where do you put these sponges in your media baskets?**
A: I searched and downloaded the Juwel Bioflow user manual pdf. Bio flow sponge order from the top is 1 white thin filter, 1 black carbon, 1 green nitrax, 1 coarse blue, 2 fine blue. In both baskets I had space so I added two nets with ceramics in to max the bacteria surface area. Saw it on Youtube as a “pimp my filter”. Been working fine. Good luck with your setup.

**Q: Will this product help reducing ammonia  ? And be ok in my stingray filters ?**
A: unsure as mine was used in a Juwel filter/tank

**Q: How quickly will this lower the nitrate level?**
A: Couldn't say as been using these since first set up ,many,many,years ago and have always used these. I have found that using these along with good tank housekeeping I have never had a problem. Sorry can't help you.

**Q: How good is this at removing nitrate and lowering?**
A: Does good for me but I only have a few fish in a three foot tank, if you are heavily stocked you will have to test the water to check
